I disagree. The iPhone x is a huge advancement in the technology of phones. The first iPhone didn’t bear many of the features we deem essential today such as the App Store. In the same way the x which marks a new generation of phones has problems but these will be fixed. (Even through there aren’t many problems)

The major misjudgment here is your comments on the MacBook Pro, not only is the touchbar very useful for anyone who is using the pro for what it is intended to be for (design, intensive computer software, development etc) – you only have to try running python on terminal or using adobe. Most importantly though, the trackpad is beyond essential. For use in adobe creative cloud apps and other design apps, it is something you can’t live with out.

I see there are problems with Apple currently but these are ‘easy’ and weak arguments against Apple.
